Refund Policy

1. Digital Subscriptions
Due to the digital nature of Nexus News Premium subscriptions, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started and digital access has been granted.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Accidental Charges & Exceptions
If you believe you were charged in error, or if you forgot to cancel a free trial (if applicable) and notify us within 48 hours of the charge, we will review your case. Refunds in these circumstances are granted at the sole discretion of our support team.
